Employee Sharing Program
Each year our Employee Sharing Program begins February 1st. Employees have an opportunity to make a difference and contribute to funds that enhance the experience of employees, patients and families at Bellin Health.
Employees can designate how their individual gift is used. Employees may choose two giving options and the gift will be split equally.
Giving options include:
Mobile Mammography Unit - brings state of the art digital mammography to Bellin's rural patient population improving access, convenience and patient outcomes with earlier detection.
Patient Assistance Fund – this fund is for all patients throughout the Bellin Health System for health care related expenses, such as medications, medical equipment, transportation, etc.
The Robert Fry Employee Assistance Program – this program is for all employees of Bellin Health who are in need of financial assistance to assist with an extraordinary hardship.
The Michael Wilde Nursing Scholarship – supports one nursing student at Bellin College or NWTC and one student at Monroe High School who plan to pursue nursing after graduation.
The George Bennett Nursing Scholarship – supports nursing education for staff nurses at Bellin Health or nursing students at Bellin College.
The Janice Mielke Memorial Nursing Certification – supports Bellin Health nurses with expenses to take certification exam.
THRIVE – supports health and wellness programs supported by Bellin Health within the Green Bay Area School System.
The Health System’s Most Pressing Need – supports needs within the Bellin Health System as they arise.
Since the Employee Sharing Program inception in 2006, the program has raised $843,393.
