Class topics include: Understanding the labor and birth process How to know you are in labor Comfort measures for labor, including epidural information Caring for yourself after the baby is born Sneak peak at parenting Introduction to car seat safety This class meets on November 26, Dec. 3, 10, and 17 from 6:30 - 8:30 PM.
