Event Description:

Classes focus on preparing you for your labor and birth experience, but are so much more than that! Class topics include:

Understanding the labor and birth process
How to know you are in labor
Comfort measures for labor, including epidural information
Caring for yourself after the baby is born
Sneak peak at parenting Introduction to car seat safety

This class meets on March 9 and 16 from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM.

Please note, this class is NOT HELD AT THE HOSPITAL—2020 Webster is south of the hospital on the corner of St. Joseph and Webster.
