We spend energy every day. Where does it go? How do we get it back? Difficult questions for a tired mind. Yet there is ancient wisdom and proven ways to recover energy after a long workday or hard workout that are gentle, relaxing, free, and require minimal effort. These ways of body wisdom borrow from the traditional practices of Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan, and Yoga to help us uncover the life-force energy within each of us…our chi, ki, prana.
