This program gives you access to a range of health and wellness materials, including unlimited health coaching, live group classes, monthly challenges and on-demand programming that allows you to start and complete programs at your own pace. Here you will also find helpful recipes and information on how to listen to our two wellness-centered podcasts.
These materials are designed to meet your individual needs, and they cover a diverse range of topics, including self care, sleep guidance, stress management, nutrition and more.
1-on-1 Health & Wellness Coaching Sessions
Health and wellness coaching sessions are designed with you in mind, offering flexible scheduling to support your lifestyle. You can meet with your coach as often as you need.
Your coach can provide personalized guidance on wellness topics, including:

- Stress Management
- Tobacco Cessation
- Weight Management
Monthly Wellness Challenges
These monthly wellness challenges focus on your well-being one day at a time. Once registered, you will receive a tracker that will help you stay on top of your goals. Then, at the end of your monthly challenge, you will submit your tracker to complete the challenge.
If you are participating as part of an employer incentive program, trackers must be submitted within one week of the challenge ending.

We’re turning Thanksgiving into Planksgiving with this exciting month-long challenge. Each day in November, you’ll complete three simple actions: do a plank to strengthen your body, give in a meaningful way, and express thanks to nurture gratitude.
It’s a great way to stay active, spread kindness, and celebrate the season of thankfulness!
November-January: Ho, Ho, Hold It Steady

Jumpstart Your Health in January

Mondays, starting January 5 at 5:30 p.m. or Thursdays, starting January 8 at noon for six weeks.
Kick off the new year with a 6-week wellness journey! Each week focuses on a different aspect of health, from mindfulness and nutrition to hydration, sleep, sugar awareness, movement and lifestyle education. Join to build sustainable habits for a healthier you!
Classes will be recorded if unable to make live class.

Mental health is an important part of overall well-being. Each series is a 12-week program that features videos of Bellin Health Licensed Behavior Health Therapist Charles LaTorre and Health & Wellbeing Consultant Linda Golik. They explore tips and tools to improve mental health and resiliency. This program includes discussion guides that can be used with a group or individually to deepen learning and understanding.
You can complete one or both series depending on your preference. They do not need to both be completed, and you do not have to complete series one in order to do series two.
