This program gives you access to a range of health and wellness materials, including unlimited health coaching, live group classes, monthly challenges and on-demand programming that allows you to start and complete programs at your own pace. Here you will also find helpful recipes and information on how to listen to our two wellness-centered podcasts.
These materials are designed to meet your individual needs, and they cover a diverse range of topics, including self care, sleep guidance, stress management, nutrition and more.
1-on-1 Health & Wellness Coaching Sessions
Health and wellness coaching sessions are designed with you in mind, offering flexible scheduling to support your lifestyle. You can meet with your coach as often as you need.
Your coach can provide personalized guidance on wellness topics, including:
- Exercise
- Nutrition
- Sleep Guidance
- Stress Management
- Tobacco Cessation
- Weight Management
These monthly wellness challenges focus on your well-being one day at a time. Once registered, you will receive a tracker that will help you stay on top of your goals. Then, at the end of your monthly challenge, you will submit your tracker to complete the challenge.
If you are participating as part of an employer incentive program, trackers must be submitted within one week of the challenge ending.
March - March Madness
Challenge Dates: March 21 - April 8, 2024
Register by March 17, 2024
This program allows you to get your workout in while watching March Madness games. It includes a bracket of exercises and the opportunity to follow competing teams and win prizes.
April - Spring Cleaning
This challenge helps you make progress towards decluttering or spring cleaning your home by taking it one day and one task at a time.
May - Digital Detox
Taking a digital detox can improve your mood, quality of conversations, social skills and productivity. During the month of May, join this challenge to take a break from your screens to potentially get better sleep, improve relationships and feel less stress.
May - Skin Check Bingo
This challenge is designed to raise awareness of skin cancer and help you stay on top of checking your skin for spots that could be concerning.
June - Walk Wisconsin
Challenge Dates: June 3 - August 23, 2024
Beginning in the month of June, this challenge will help motivate you to increase the number of steps you take each day. You will also hopefully learn more about the wonderful state of Wisconsin and how to incorporate more physical activity into your everyday life.
September - Tackle Your Health
In this challenge, you will earn points by completing daily activities that include a focus on exercise, nutrition, hydration and unplugging from technology. You will also receive weekly emails with healthy recipes and tips and tricks to help keep you motivated.
October - Fall Hike
Throughout the month of October, this challenge will motivate you to get outside and enjoy the fall scenery and crisp autumn air while increasing your physical activity.
November - Maintain, Don't Gain
It can be hard to stick to your goals during the holiday season, this challenge will provide you with new ideas and weekly tips to maintain your healthy habits.
