Courses will either be held at Bellin Hospital's Kresge Center, 3rd floor, 744 S. Webster Ave., Green Bay Wisconsin, or Bellin Health Family Medical Center - Ashwaubenon, located at 1630 Commanche Ave., Green Bay.
Registration fee includes course handouts, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and course certification for CEU verification upon completion.
Lunch will not be provided. Register early as there are limited numbers of spots available.
