Insurance is in effect the first of the month following 60 days of employment at no costto the employee. The benefit is two times base wage to a plan maximum benefit of $200,000.

Shift Differential
A shift differential is provided to employees who work other than the day shift. The differential is at the rate of $1.15 per hour for the p.m. shift and $1.85 per hour for the night shift.

Childcare services are available for Bellin Health employees at the Encompass Day Care Center located on Webster Avenue. Services are provided at a reduced rate based on space availability on a full- or part-time basis.
