BELLIN ELITE FOOTBALL COMBINE 2010 RESULTS The Bellin Elite Football Combine (BEFC) is a football combine for elite high school football players from Wisconsin, Illinois, Upper Michigan, Iowa and Minnesota. It is modeled after the professional football combine which is held in Indianapolis, Indiana. The BEFC takes place at the Don Hutson Center, the indoor practice facility for the Green Bay Packers. The BEFC provides an opportunity to those who participate to showcase their skills and talents to collegiate football coaches and recruiters from NAIA and NCAA Division I, II, and III football programs. As a not-for-profit program, the goal of the BEFC is to generate exposure for these student-athletes. As of August 1, 2006 the NCAA has passed a bylaw that does not allow Division I College Football Coaches to attend tryout camps, clinics, group workouts, and combines.
