Are you interested in learning specific techniques that will improve your performance in the 40 yard Dash, Pro-Agility, 3-Cone, Vertical Jump, and Bench Press? If you answered YES! XL Athletic Performance would like to invite you to attend the 2012 BEFC Pre-Combine Clinic that will be held on March 10th, in the XL Athletic Performance Center, the official training facility of the BEFC. XL's staff of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and Licensed Athletic Trainers will provide instruction on the proper execution of the drills that will be performed at the BEFC. In each of the drills athletes will be: tested, given individual feedback, and then tested again. At the end of the day each athlete will receive a printout of their results as well as valuable training information to assist them in their preparation for the BEFC. The reason is that, at the BEFC, the punters and kickers are only required to perform position-specific drills (i.e. hang time, field goals, coffin corners, etc.), and not agility drills (i.e. 40 yard dash, 3 cone drill, bench press, etc.). For those athletes looking for more in-depth training, XL Athletic Performance will be offering a 6-week Combine Preparation Class.
