The Executive Health Physical begins with you completing a detailed medical history questionnaire. This, along with your complete medical record, is the basis for the medical director to use during the initial interview. The interview is an opportunity for you and the medical director to get acquainted as well as for the medical director to review your medical history, current interests and concerns. During this time a blood sample is drawn for lab tests ordered specifically for you, and a date is set for the on-campus day. The interview, which is scheduled at a time convenient for you, is done at a location of your choosing such as your office, home or Bellin Hospital.

On the day of the actual exam, you arrive at Bellin Hospital and are met by a registered nurse who accompanies you throughout the day. The nurse is available to address any questions and concerns. You are escorted to the Executive Health suite which offers Internet access, fax, television and current magazines and newspapers. Following breakfast ordered from a special menu, you meet with the Executive Health physician who discusses the plan for the day and performs the initial physical examination.
The plan includes primary Executive Health examinations as well as any special procedures which are medically indicated by your specific history, age, gender and/or concerns. These tests are pre-scheduled to avoid waiting room bottlenecks or lengthy delays. If any unanticipated, additional tests are desired, they are scheduled that same day.
The standard Executive Health examination includes one-on-one time with a nutritionist who reviews a three-day diet log and provides a nutritional assessment and recommendations. You also meet with a personal fitness trainer who assesses your strength, endurance and flexibility and provides you with a set of fitness recommendations.
During the day the Executive Health Physical, the physician is in regular contact with the involved consultants. At the end of the day, you have an exit interview covering the results of all tests and examinations and initial recommendations.

The Executive Health physician then prepares your comprehensive health analysis, Executive Health¿s final report, and hand-delivers it to you. The Exectuive Health physician will discuss the report and its recommendations in depth.
Following the presentation of the final report, you receive follow-up contacts by Executive Health staff on a quarterly basis to respond to questions or concerns.
It is intended that the Executive Health program provides the highest quality of service to you and that it does so with utmost respect for your time and comfort.
