All winners must show a great commitment and achievement in athletics as well as academics and community involvement. We are looking for individuals and teams who excel not only on the field of play, but also in the classroom and community. We are looking for the "total package" individuals and teams.
All winners must have had contact with Bellin Health, Bellin Health Sports Medicine, or a Bellin Health partner (i.e. attending a school with a Bellin Health Sports Medicine Athletic Trainer, seeing a physician from Bellin Health, Green Bay Orthopedics, Orthopaedic Associates, or participating in the XL performance enhancement program).
All winners must display outstanding sportsmanship, dedication, positive attitudes, and respect for others.
