Pre-schoolers to high schoolers will never be bored again in a variety of youth programs designed to make fitness fun.

Fall Schedule and Class Information

Beginning Tumbling
The perfect classes for children age 5 and up, students learn the art of front and back rolls, cartwheels, and handsprings.

Strength Training
A certified personal trainer leads these youth strength-training classes especially designed for “tweens” between the ages of 11 and 13. Students learn the basics of proper exercise techniques to prepare them to transition into the weight and cardiovascular areas.

All Star Competitive Cheerleading
Mini-cheer (ages 8 and under), junior-cheer (ages 14 and under), and senior-cheer (ages 11-18) classes give students the experience they need to compete in real cheerleading contests. Along with classes, participants travel to real competitions to show off their skills.

Tae Kwon Do
Youth age 5 and older, along with adults, learn the disciplined fighting skills of the country’s leading martial art. Beginners learn the basics of kicking, punching, and block techniques, while intermediate and advanced students master self-defense, forms, board breaking, fighting techniques, and free sparring.
