Browse our menu of specialty classes or stop in to sign up for one, two, or more! Available to members and non-members for a small fee, registration starts one week prior to the start of each session. Payment, due in full before the first class to guarantee your registration, can be made by cash, check, or credit card (VISA and MasterCard are accepted). When registering by phone, please have your credit card number available.

Boot Camp
You know the drill…anything goes in Boot Camp! This fun, demanding and energetic class combines cardio sports drills with strength training and exercises for functional fitness. Prepare to work hard!

Chi Gong
Learn to recognize, circulate, and direct the internal energy of the human body. Through use of certain postures, techniques and movement, Chi Gong draws upon universal life-force energies to quiet the mind, regulate the natural rhythms of the body, and balance body, mind and spirit while promoting keener awareness, greater concentration, and a general sense of well being.

Core Conditioning
Enhance your core strength and stability along with your flexibility using medicine balls, resistance bands, foam rollers and the Resist-a-Balls. This conditioning class burns calories and develops a strong core.

Feldenkrais
Discover the benefits of Feldenkrais… it helps to minimize or eliminate pain, enhances flexibility, balance and coordination, reduces stress and fatigue and improves cognitive abilities such as thinking and problem solving. Anyone, regardless of age, gender or physical condition or limitations can benefit from the Feldenkrais Method.

Pilates
With an emphasis on breath, core conditioning, and body awareness, Pilates is a safe and effective way to stretch, strengthen, and streamline your body. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, sports, and life, it will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized, and moving with ease.

Tai Chi
A self-paced series of gentle exercises. Performing defined postures and movements in a slow, graceful manner, benefiting stress reduction, greater balance and increased flexibility. Great for everyone, especially active older adults.

The Ride
Outdoor cycling with indoor comfort. An amazing cardio workout filled with intervals, hill climbs, speed work, and endurance training. You control the intensity of the ride, we control the “bumps and curves” in the road. Great for all levels.

XL for Kids
A highly energetic class for 7-11 year olds to develop their flexibility through dynamic warm up and static stretching while improving their balance and coordination, core stability and overall functional strength. Your child will also learn the fundamentals of speed, agility, and footwork including challenging games to bring out their competitive side.

XL Performance for Life
A comprehensive training program enhancing your flexibility through dynamic warm up and static stretching techniques while improving your balance and coordination, core stability and overall functional strength. You will also improve your energy levels, daily stamina, strength, and general quality of life!

Yogilates
Experience the ultimate in mind-body exercise! Combining the principles of Pilates Mat with traditional yoga postures and the results will be a balanced, aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease!
