Vascular Services:

  • Comprehensive vascular assessments
    • Peripheral arterial disease, or PAD, affects between 8 to 12 million people in the United States. PAD increasingly affects people as they age. It hinders circulation to the legs and feet and cause leg cramping, fatigue, numbness or pain. It is commonly associated with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, smoking and high cholesterol.
    • Bellin Health’s free comprehensive vascular screening includes non-invasive examinations of the neck, abdominal, leg and foot arteries. Blood pressure readings are taken and evaluations for leg edema or swelling, varicose veins, hair loss, wounds and signs of decreased circulation are performed. These free assessments are offered daily and can be scheduled by calling 920 445-7363.
