Level 1- Quick Check
The first level of service is the Quick Check. This is a brief assessment of your running injury. No physician referral is necessary and it is provided at a nominal fee.
The Quick Check includes:
- Evaluation of flexibility
- Brief biomechanical evaluation
- Education regarding your injury
- Show wear evaluation and recommendations
- Individualized home exercise program
- Physician referral assistance (if necessary)

Level 2- Biomechanical Evaluation
The second level of service is Biomechanical Evaluation. This is a more detailed running analysis. A physician referral is required and this program is covered by most insurance plans. In addition to the components provided in the Quick Check, the Biomechanical Evaluation offers:
- Detailed biomechanical evaluation
- Videotape analysis of your running technique
- Possible orthotic fabrication
- Follow-up appointments (if necessary)
