Tai Chi Fundamentals is a gentle form of exercise consisting of slow, precise movements that can be performed by people of all physical ability levels. It was developed by Physical Therapist Tricia Yu, who has 30 years of experience in the traditional Yang Style of Tai Chi. The Tai Chi Fundamentals class is taught by a certified instructor, Linda Rotter, Physical Therapy Assistant. It can be performed in the standing or seated position and does not require any special position and does not require any special equipment or clothing.

Research has shown Tai Chi improves balance and confidence while reducing the risk of falling.
