GREEN BAY — Bellin College of Nursing will host an open house for individuals interested in pursing a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
The open house – scheduled to take place from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26 – is an opportunity for prospective students to learn more about the program and current trends in nursing, tour the campus, meet students and faculty members and speak to representatives from financial aid, advising and admissions.
The open house will take place at Webster Medical Building which houses the Bellin College of Nursing, 725 S. Webster Ave., Green Bay.
“We are delighted to have the opportunity to share information with prospective students about obtaining a nursing degree,” said Connie Boerst, vice president of Academic Affairs. “The open house is the perfect venue for strengthening a potential student’s casual interest in nursing and for reinforcing the desire of students already determined to work in the nursing profession.”
The Bachelor of Science in nursing degree requires a minimum of 129 credits for graduation: 65 in liberal education and 64 in nursing.
Registration is required. Forms are available online at www.bcon.edu. For more information, call (920) 433-5803 or (800) 236-8707.
