Bellin to offer free anxiety, depression screenings

National Anxiety and Depression Week is May 6-12
GREEN BAY - Bellin Psychiatric Center is offering free anxiety and depression screenings on Tuesday, May 8, as part of National Anxiety and Depression Week.
The screening will be held from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. on May 8 at Bellin Psychiatric Center, 301 E. St. Joseph Street, Green Bay. No pre-registration is required.
The screening consists of a self-completed questionnaire which is then reviewed with the person by a qualified psychiatric professional before leaving, who will make recommendations for treatment if necessary.
Interested parties also can take the assessment online by going to http://www.bellin.org These. assessments will be scored online and can be brought to Bellin to be reviewed by a psychiatric professional.
