GREEN BAY — Nan Bush is the new director of The Bellin Foundation.
Bush, a registered nurse, joined Bellin in 2004 as market segment leader for the Women’s and Children’s Health Department.
“Nan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in areas including health care operations, marketing, fundraising and business development,” said Michael Frohna, president of The Bellin Foundation. “Her medical background makes her uniquely qualified to represent the work of Bellin Health to current and potential benefactors, better enabling them to envision the impact of their contributions.”
She will start her director role on Monday, Nov 24. Prior to her new role, Bush was the director of Bellin’s Family Programs and Services department where she was responsible for the development of a number of women’s, child and adolescent programs. She managed a number of departments, including the Center for Health and Healing, Chaplaincy/Interpreters and the Home Health/Home Infusion departments.
Bush holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s of Health Administration degree from Washington University, St. Louis, Mo.
The west Green Bay resident is married and has two daughters and two sons.
The Bellin Foundation helps people achieve and maintain optimal health through its philanthropic partnership with Bellin Health System and the community. The Foundation has supported Bellin Health initiatives and community programs with more than $20 million in private philanthropy since 1994.
