GREEN BAY — The Bellin Health School of Radiologic Technology held its 49th annual graduation ceremony on Thursday, Aug. 5, at Legend’s Supper Club in De Pere.
This year the school presented diplomas to seven graduates, including: Brian Eggener, Marinette; Lauren Flickenger, Manitowac; Jennifer Goral, Denmark; Angie Heckl, Suring; Stephanie Koenig, Green Bay; Danielle Kohler, Appleton; and Laura Sebero, Marinette.
Koening earned the Mallinkrodt Award for Excellence for the highest academic and clinical achievement. Eggener earned the GE Healthcare Award for Clinical Excellence. Kohler received the Bracco Diagnostics Award for Leadership and Professionalism.
Heckl will continue her education in radiation therapy at Argosy University in St. Paul, Minn. Her classmates have all secured employment within the Green Bay area.
The School of Radiologic Technology is fully accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology and boasts a 50-year history in the education of medical imaging professionals. Most recently, the school was incorporated into Bellin College in Bellevue. The college now offers a baccalaureate degree in radiologic sciences.
