GREEN BAY - A free Men’s Health Seminar focusing on issues below the belt will be held at Bellin Hospital on Tuesday, June 15.
The free seminar, which addresses erectile dysfunction and male incontinence issues, will be held at Bellin Hospital, 744 S. Webster Ave., Green Bay. Dr. Wen Yap and Dr. Hamayun Mian, both of Urology Associates of Green Bay, will be the featured presenters. The event is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m.
“For many men, it can be challenging to discuss erectile dysfunction concerns, even with their doctor, so we’re offering an opportunity for men and their spouses or significant others to come and listen to the facts and learn about some solutions for addressing erectile dysfunction and incontinence,” Yap said.
Erectile dysfunction, or ED as it is commonly called, is the inability to achieve and sustain an erection. Approximately 50 million American men, including 50 to 52 percent of men ages 40 to 70, have some degree of erectile dysfunction, according to the Massachusetts Male Aging Study, one of the largest U.S. studies on the disorder.
