GREEN BAY — Dr. Barry Daughtry, a board certified family medicine physician, has joined Bellin Health’s Clinica Hispana – a clinic geared toward Spanish-speaking patients.
Daughtry has special interest in treating conditions ranging from depression and anxiety to plantar fasciitis and hypertension. He also aids patients in their weight loss endeavors.
Treating patients from their point of view can be especially beneficial, Daughtry says.
“Upbringing or cultural background may influence how a person views disease or cares for themselves,” he said.
Daughtry earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Rockford, Ill. He completed his residency at West Suburban Hospital, Oak Park, Ill.
He is married with three children, is fluent in Spanish, and enjoys bicycling and fishing.
