If you’ve been putting off exercise because you have balance problems or have been experiencing pain that limits your performance, Tai Chi might just be the form of exercise that’s right for you. Tai Chi uses slow, precise movements in a standing or seated position, making it a great exercise option for people of most all ability levels.

At the Bellin Health Center for Health and Healing, we offer Tai Chi classes as a single therapy or as part of a comprehensive approach to care as directed by specialized physicians and physical therapists at the Center.
A referral is not necessary to attend classes, although referral for Tai Chi is often given to patients by their physician or a physician or specialist at the Center for Health and Healing.
