Criteria For Awards

All winners must display outstanding sportsmanship, dedication, positive attitudes, and respect for others.
All winners must have had contact with Bellin Health, Bellin Health Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Sports Medicine Specialists, or a Bellin Health partner.
All winners must show a great commitment and achievement in athletics as well as academics and community involvement. We are looking for individuals and teams who excel not only on the field of play, but also in the classroom and community. We are looking for the "total package" individuals and teams.
