Testing

During sleep studies at our labs, some of the sleep issues we test for include:

Obstructive Sleep Apnea - breathing is interrupted by a physical block to airflow despite effort
Central Sleep Apnea - breathing is interrupted by the lack of effort
Narcolepsy - the overwhelming excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS), even after adequate nighttime sleep
Insomnia - an inability to sleep and/or to be incapable of remaining asleep for a sustained period of time
