How it works

On-Demand Video Visits

Simply log in to MyBellinHealth, select “On Demand Video Visit.”
Complete the necessary questions and join the line.
You'll be notified when the provider is ready to see you.

Available hours for care:

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Holidays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Available seven days a week with the exception of visits with your primary care provider. Please note on-demand video visits are accessible to patients currently residing in Wisconsin or Michigan.

Scheduled Video Visits

Whether you have a video visit with your regular primary care provider or the first available provider, we’ll ensure you receive the trusted care you need when your calendar allows.

Scheduled video visits are available through MyBellinHealth during standard clinic hours.

Scheduled visits offer:

Follow-up visits
Medication monitoring
Meet-the-provider consults
Mental health care
Pain management
Sick visits

Your provider may feel that a physical examination or consultation with a specialist is necessary to provide you with the best possible care.

Additionally, Bellin Health Fastlane provides a convenient complement to video visits, as patients can schedule a video visit with our care teams and then be sent to Fastlane for testing needs.
