Thank you for sumitting your recipe for the 2017 Ski Jump Healthy Tailgate Cook-Off. Finalists will be invited to serve their dish at the Ski Jump.

Staff from Bellin Health will judge recipes based on the following criteria:

  1. Nutritional value related to USDA dietary guidelines
  2. Taste/Appeal
  3. Creativity
  4. Ease of preparation
  5. Suitable for a tailgater

Important Dates:

  1. Recipes will be accepted through Friday, February 10.
  2. Finalists will be notified via phone Friday, February 17.
  3. Finalists’ recipes showcased and winner announced during the Pine Mountain Ski Jump event on Saturday, February 25.
