Location: Green Bay, WI
Schedule: FT (1.0)/80 - Days (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), Occasional weekends and call
Provides first and second-level customer service and support for IT systems, hardware, and software, using automated tools and other enterprise specific applications. Responsible for installation, coordination, control, and maintenance of personal computers and related hardware to ensure compatibility and integration with organizational strategies. Works closely with other IT engineers and analysts, department leaders, external vendors, and computer users throughout the organization. Communicates with customers and staff during incident management process, provides remote support and troubleshooting, documents incidents within system, and serves as single point-of-contact for IT related incidents and requests.
Associate degree or other formal post high school program in computer science or other related area of study within two years of hire date, or minimum of three years applicable personal computer (PC) technical work or application support work experience required. Associate degree preferred. Valid WI Driver's License required. Must be a team player, and self motivated, able to install, coordinate, and maintain desktop computers, know how to triage and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, install and support desktop softwa.re applications, and computer inventory maintenance.
Experience supporting PC hardware and software installations, client configuration, Active Directory, and administration and network access in Microsoft Windows environment required. Strong customer service skills and health care application support desired. Prior experience with imaging, configuring, and deploying PCs is preferred
