Customer Support Associate I - Home Care Equipment (1646SVA)

Location:  Green Bay

Schedule:  Full Time (40 hours/week) Days (Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am-5:30pm), every 5th Saturday (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)

Responsible for providing primary customer service in the home medical equipment showroom. Serves as the first point of contact with visitors and customers entering the retail showroom.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. Strong customer service/phone skills, ability to multi-task and good prioritization skills are required. Proficient with computer software applications. Minimum typing skills of 40 wpm. Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

One to two years prior home medical equipment customer service experience or any other combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, or abilities required. Prior retail sales experience preferred. Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and prioritization skills required. Computer software applications proficiency required.
