When it comes to improving human performance there are three things we can train: our craft, our body, and our mind. Guess which one gets the least amount of training? The mind is perhaps the most important but most overlooked part of training. In this one hour program, Bellin mental health and sport’s performance therapist, Charles LaTorre will provide tools and strategies to improve mental training for those striving to reach their highest level of athletic performance. Parents play a significant role in developing the mindset of their student athlete so we will also teach ways parents can help support their athletes on their journey - both on and off the field.
