“Book Club” Format

Peer-to-peer support produces clinically significant lifestyle behavior change and reading remains a favorite pastime as noted on workplace engagement surveys. Combined with the need for social connection in our technology-driven society, the book club concept is a perfect way to engage people around a common goal.

A small group with 3-7 participants requires no formal facilitation or additional resources. We’ve provided weekly agendas and introductory videos, so the only item of business is ordering the books. You can use the customizable Weekly Programs Poster to promote your group.

IMPORTANT: Metrics

The programs provided below are FREE, and in-turn, we ask that you measure results. These metrics allow us to continuously improve, refine our offering, and recognize local workplace health and wellbeing innovators. Whether you’re facilitating a small group, lunch ‘n’ learn, or Reasonable Alternative Standard program, please distribute this survey via hard copy or online link at your first and last program session.
