Whether the journey from wellness into wellbeing is new or seasoned work, the Lifesaver Wellbeing library takes the guesswork out of where to go and what to do. Content is arranged within the 8 Dimensions of Wellbeing (i.e. Spiritual, Physical, Financial) and includes the latest resources from global leaders to local wellbeing experts. PLUS- on-demand access is available to resources co-created and tested with local employer innovators and Lifesaver wellbeing groups.

On-Demand Activities & Resources

It’s simple. Choose one of the 8 Dimensions of Wellbeing to explore and simply, point and click. Individuals and groups are invited to explore the content in a way they feel most helpful. The library includes:

  • Individual Resources – Ready to learn more about Spiritual or Financial wellbeing, but not ready to do it as part of a group? Start here by downloading a simple worksheet with the topic introduction and reflection questions.
  • Video Library – Includes an on-demand resource playlist with clips and presentations from leading experts, local professionals and featured Lifesavers sharing their stories.
  • Group Activities – Ready to have some fun and engage a group? Group activities bring individuals together to learn, grow and have fun in the process.
  • Community Resources – Northeast Wisconsin is rich with free and low-cost resources to assist individuals and groups in their quest to contribute to the Bellin Health Vision of becoming the healthiest region in the nation
