LIFESAVER WELLBEING SERIES

  • The Lifesaver Wellbeing series is a FREE health and wellbeing series offered to businesses and individuals in our communities. This monthly series is connected to a webpage, bellin.org/lifesaver, where people can download materials such as posters and handouts that provide health and wellbeing education on various topics
  • The series also includes a monthly email introducing the topic and a short video sharing tips to implement the content into everyday life. An emphasis on mental health for 2021 includes LIVE and recorded monthly webinars called “Mental Health Moments” along with periodic webinars that provide education on other wellbeing topics
