This unique way of training allows you to not make a wasted motion while also allowing instant feedback and changes to your workout.
1 on 1 or Small Group of 4 or less is designed to meet the needs of the individual or small group. Sessions are scheduled per session and client depending on best availability.

Personalized Training Program
Need some direction in your training. For the athlete that is dedicated and educated, having a personalized program written can make all the difference in the world. Whether it is for running or strength training we can write a specific program to fit your goals and lifestyle.
Does your team have the same goals? Why not train together? Team training is a great way to all grow and progress in your sport at the same time. Workouts are designed around your team’s goals and needs.
The personalized running program is your ticket to reaching your goals and staying injury free. The training programs that we write are always written for each individual based on past training history, goals, lifestyle and, most importantly, current ability level. After a 30 minute consultation to gather all the information needed, the training plan will then be drawn up. Each week will include specific workouts with duration, pace, rest periods based on the type of workout and training effect that we are looking for. The client has access to contact the coach on a weekly basis with any questions or concerns that may arise. For race day, an entire race strategy will be put into place based on the training and client’s preferences. All of this adds up to you reaching your goals and beyond.
