Open to: Employees, spouses, and dependents on the Fincantieri Marine Group health plan. Only retirees who are on the company’s insurance plan and not eligible for government-sponsored insurance may use the Bellin Nearsite benefits.

Onsite Primary Care Services

Mon and Thurs, 11am- 5pm
Tues and Wed, 9 am- 5pm
Fri, 7am- 3pm (Early morning labs starting at 6 am)

A $10 copay may be collected at the time of service. Payment can be made via debit/credit/FSA/HSA card (no cash).

All patients will need to provide their insurance card at the time of service.

  • Physicals for both sports and well-exams
  • Chronic disease management
  • Acute symptoms (i.e. ear infections, headache, migraine, urinary tract and yeast infection, burns; X-rays not included)
  • Minor treatments (i.e. wart treatment, staple removal)
  • Immunizations and laboratory services
  • Electronic medication prescriptions and refills

  • Acute injury consultation
  • Addresses muscle or joint discomfort from non-work related injuries or illnesses

Nurse Coach Services

By appointment

  • Health coaching for lifestyle related issues (i.e. nutrition, exercise, smoking)
  • Chronic care management (i.e. diabetes, blood pressure)
  • Information on age-appropriate screening and tests
  • Basic care for sore throats, ear aches, sinus infections, flu or cold symptoms, and more (includes worksite testing such as rapid strep and blood sugar)
  • First aid for injuries
  • Basic ergonomic adjustments
  • Immunizations such as flu, tetanus and pneumonia
