Bellin for Women Offers Titletown Tone-Up Class

Jan. 28 event is free for BFW members

Bellin for Women members are invited for a free “Titletown Tone-Up” class from 5:30-7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28 at Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics, 1970 S. Ridge Road.

Attendees can look forward to a great workout and relaxing cool-down followed by a delicious recovery beverage and snack. They will also be able to tour the state-of-the-art Bellin Titletown facility and learn what it has to offer for everyone from the casually active to weekend warriors and even the pros.

“This high-energy event is designed for all BFW members, whether you’re new to getting active or you’re a regular exerciser looking for a fun, fresh challenge,” said Megan Lehmann, Bellin Health Event and Community Outreach Specialist. “You’ll have the opportunity to connect with your Bellin for Women peers and learn more about what BFW and Titletown have to offer.”

Individuals who are not Bellin for Women members may sign up for free in order to attend the event. Information and registration information are available at www.bellinforwomen.com.
