Set, Achieve Realistic Goals with Jan. 29 Event
Bellin for Women session combines great advice with a fun DIY project
Bellin for Women members can get some great advice for setting and achieving realistic goals — and have fun doing it — during a special event on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
“How to Make Goals That Stick!” will take place from 6-8 p.m. at Gather on Broadway, 139 N. Broadway, Green Bay. Attendees will hear from mental health therapist Pamela Baranczyk, who will offer terrific tips for making your 2020 health, happiness and personal growth goals stick. The event will include a fun DIY project, courtesy of Petal Pusher, and participants will leave motivated and prepared to put their goal-achieving plan into action.
Event cost is just $10, with registration required. Individuals must be Bellin for Women members to attend, and class size is limited. Registration is available online at www.bellin.org/calendar or by calling (920) 445-7373 or (888) 758-7373. Bellin for Women membership is free at www.BellinForWomen.com.
