Brillion grows with new health and wellness center
Local facility to open in early 2008
BRILLION - A new Community Health & Wellness Center is expected to open its doors in Brillion by January 2008, anchored by a new Bellin Health Family Medical Center.
The Bellin clinic is one of several health care-related tenants that will occupy the nearly 16,000-square-foot facility on U.S. 10, west of the city, near Brillion High School.
“This new building will allow us to provide more comprehensive services for a growing community,” said Chris Sipple, M.D., of Bellin Health Family Medical Center – Brillion, located on Wisconsin Avenue. “We have run out of space at our current facility. This new facility will allow us to grow and better serve our patients. Plus, it’s exciting to be located in a facility where there are complementary medical services. It will be very convenient for patients.”
In addition to the Bellin Health Family Medical Center, the Community Health & Wellness Center will include the Bellin Health Family Eye Clinic, a dentist, pharmacy and chiropractor.
“The new facility will be a one-stop-shop for Brillion residents and those in the neighboring towns looking for medical-related services,” said Scott Endries of Brilliant Development Group.
Along with the convenience of five medical-related services in one building, the Bellin Health Family Medical Center features:
- Improved accessibility for disabled persons
- More space to accommodate additional patients
- A more visible location along U.S. 10
- Expanded lab services, physical therapy and bone mineral density testing for osteoporosis
“This new facility is a continuation of Bellin Health’s commitment to providing quality local care in Northeast Wisconsin,” said Amy Dettman, director of Bellin Medical Group. “With additional space and a location next to other medical related services, we are better equipped to meet the health needs of area residents.”
