Bellin Health offers free event for parents-to-be
GREEN BAY — Bellin Health will host a free event for expecting parents and guests on Tuesday, Oct. 28, at Bellin Hospital, 744 S. Webster Ave.
“This event helps expecting parents become better informed as to what they can expect as parents-in-waiting,” said Donna Zelazoski, operational team leader, Bellin Health Kress Birthing Center. “There will be something to learn for all participating parents-to-be.”
The free event will be held in the hospital’s Kresge Center on the hospital’s third floor and is scheduled to take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
A keynote presentation on car seat safety will be featured along with breakout sessions on prenatal and postnatal fitness, preparing for fatherhood and a new parent question and answer session.
The event also will feature a tour of Bellin’s maternity unit – the Kress Birthing Center – educational displays, baby product vendors, physician providers of infant care and drawings for baby shower gifts.
