GREEN BAY — Thomas Arndt recently joined Bellin Health as chief market development officer.
Arndt previously served as president and chief executive officer for Bellin Health from 1987 to 1992. In his new role, he will be responsible for providing leadership for the market development function of Bellin Health System, including the development and execution of Bellin’s overall and brand-specific marketing and business development strategies and growth plans.
Arndt returns to Bellin following a 12-year stint as president and CEO of ShortStop, LLC, a drug test collections company designed to meet the needs of the trucking industry.
Arndt earned his bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He earned his master’s degree from Utah State University-Logan, Utah and a post-master’s certificate in health care administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He also underwent his administrative residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Penn.
He is married and has three adult children. His special interests include issues such as the impact of lifestyle on the health of individuals, the emerging role of the Internet in health care and consumer involvement in health care.
