Bellin Health to Present ‘Eat Right for Life’ Classes

Offerings are part of ‘Do Good Sturgeon Bay’ community wellbeing program

STURGEON BAY — Sturgeon Bay-area residents are invited to join “Eat Right for Life,” a 6-week series of classes designed to create lasting change around nutritional habits.

This popular Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) program, presented by Bellin Health, explores a different nutrition topic each week, empowering attendees to make choices that give them greater energy and improved overall health. Three classes will be offered:

9-9:45 a.m. Tuesdays, April 18-May 23
Target, 410 S. Ashland Ave. (conference room)

Noon-12:45 p.m. Tuesdays, April 18-May 23
Door County Job Center, Cherry Point Mall, 1300 Egg Harbor Road

6-6:45 p.m. Wednesdays, April 19-May 24
Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, 229 N. 14th Ave. (Room 139)

“Eat Right for Life” is part of Bellin Health’s “Do Good Sturgeon Bay” initiative, a no-cost health and wellbeing program presented by Lakeshore Community Action Program (CAP) and Bellin Health Sturgeon Bay. All individuals in the community are welcome to attend, whether or not they are part of “Do Good Sturgeon Bay.”

The cost for the 6-week “Eat Right for Life” classes is just $10, which includes a full-color Eat Right for Life book (a $28 value), course materials, instruction and a $5 donation to the Lakeshore CAP Food Pantry.
