  • Worksite Testing: Blood sugar, blood pressure, urinalysis, TB skin test
  • Laboratory Services & Immunizations: Blood draws for pre-appointment (i.e. physicals) lab work, Immunizations, and flu shots

• Headache, migraine, and allergy symptoms
• Urinary tract and yeast infections
• Injury treatment for sprains, minor cuts, and burns (x-rays not included)
• Immunizations
• Laboratory services
• Electronic medication prescriptions and refills

Nurse Coach Services

Thursdays, 12 pm - 4 pm 

  • Respiratory symptoms (i.e. fever, sore throat, cough)
  • COVID-19 testing (Rapid antigen test and PCR test available)

IMPORTANT: for the above two visit options, please choose  “RESP OFFICE VISIT” when scheduling online

• Manage chronic conditions (like high blood pressure, diabetes, tobacco addiction, and more)
• Lose weight and improve nutritional choices
• Learn and use stress reduction techniques
• First aid for injuries
• Flu shots

High School Clinic (High School Therapy Door 5E)
Mondays, 12:30 - 4:30 pm
Wednesdays, 6 - 9:30 am

• Physical/Occupational Therapy treatment
• Help with muscle or joint discomfort from work or nonwork injuries and illnesses
• Exercise and stretching advice
• Questions regarding worksite ergonomics or equipment recommendations
• Post-surgical therapy
• Advice regarding physical fitness level prior to pursuing a new work or leisure activity

EAP Services: Sometimes life can be challenging.  That’s why your employer provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all eligible employees – at no cost to you.  The EAP is designed to provide prompt confidential help with a range of personal and family issues that may affect all of us from time to time.  You or a member of your household (spouse, dependent children, etc) can receive free counseling sessions with an EAP Professional.
