  • Lose weight, improve nutritional choices, and stress reduction techniques
  • First aid/illness/work injury assessments

  • At home stretching and strengthening program specific to problem area
  • Worksite ergonomics or equipment recommendations
  • Injury prevention advice when starting a new physical activity
  • Post-surgical therapy
