The A+ Clinic is open to all employees, retirees, spouses and dependents covered on the Village of Ashwaubenon and School District of Ashwaubenon health plan. Our goal is to assist you in staying healthy and reducing the cost of your health care.

HSA PLAN MEMBERS: It is important that you bring your insurance card and $20 co-payment with you to your appointment. No cash or checks. See clinic fee schedule for more information.

CLINIC HOURS NOTE: Any temporary change in hours at the A+ Clinic (holiday, spring break, etc.) will be updated in the open scheduling link. Clinic hours are also updated when calling the Employer Clinic Hotline or logging into the My Bellin Health portal.

Onsite Early Care at High School Clinic
Mondays, 6:30 - 8:30 am
Wednesdays, 6:30 - 9:30 am

  • Physicals including well-woman and male exam with PSA
  • Chronic diseases like: hypertension, diabetes and cholesterol
  • Sore throats, earaches, sinus infections, and flu or cold symptoms (COVID-like symptoms; see respiratory visit information below)
  • Worksite labs including urinalysis, pregnancy and mono
  • Health coaching
  • Headache/Migraine/Allergies
  • Urinary tract and yeast infection
  • Injury treatment for sprains, strains*, minor cuts and burns
  • Immunizations
  • Bloodwork for lab tests
  • Electronic prescribing and medication refills

Thursdays, 12 pm - 4 pm 

  • Respiratory symptoms (i.e. fever, sore throat, cough)
  • COVID-19 testing (Rapid antigen test and PCR test available)

IMPORTANT: for the above two visit options, please choose  “RESP OFFICE VISIT” when scheduling online

  • Health coaching for lifestyle related issues (i.e. nutrition, exercise, smoking)
  • Chronic care management (i.e. diabetes, blood pressure)
  • Information on age-appropriate screening and tests
  • First aid for injuries
  • Basic ergonomic adjustments
  • Immunizations such as flu, tetanus and pneumonia

  • Physical/Occupational Therapy treatment
  • Help with muscle or joint discomfort from work or nonwork injuries and illnesses
  • Exercise and stretching advice
  • Questions regarding worksite ergonomics or equipment recommendations
  • Postsurgical therapy
  • Advice regarding physical fitness level prior to pursuing a new work or leisure activity

EAP Services: Sometimes life can be challenging.  That’s why your employer provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all eligible employees – at no cost to you.  The EAP is designed to provide prompt confidential help with a range of personal and family issues that may affect all of us from time to time.  You or a member of your household (spouse, dependent children, etc) can receive free counseling sessions with an EAP Professional.
