Appointment Scheduling

Routine

Routine appointments can be made up to 2 months ahead of your visit. Patients are seen Monday through Friday. The time of your physician’s office hours vary based on their schedule. We request that you call in advance to schedule so that we can reserve time for you. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call and let us know as soon as possible. A 24 hour notice is appreciated.

We will make every effort to honor your appointment time, however emergency situations occasionally arise and create delays. We appreciate your patience on these occasions.

Emergency & Urgent

If you or a member of your family experience a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency department. Please advise the emergency department staff that you are a patient of one of our physicians. After assessing your medical condition, if our services are required, they will contact us.

If your medical condition is not life-threatening, please call our office during office hours and speak with one of our nurses. If considered urgent, you will be given an appointment within 48 hours.

If you experience a non-life threatening situation after hours, call our office. Your call will be automatically transferred to our on-call medical answering service. Our physicians are on call 24 hours per day and will respond to your call promptly. If our on-call physician does not return your call within a reasonable amount of time, please call us again as your first message may have experienced transmission difficulties.
