Issues With Eating Support Group

Issues with Eating Peer Support Group

Who is the group for?
While this group's primary focus may be Binge Eating Disorder and/or Compulsive Overeating, anyone in the community who has an eating disorder is welcome and encouraged to be a part of the group.

What do you talk about?
The Peer Support Group is a place for individuals to talk about whatever is important to them as they seek to recover from their eating disorder. We discuss many different topics; what's working and what's not - the ups and downs - triumphs and disappointments, etc. In general, you can share anything significant and/or personal that you feel is important to talk about. Through this sharing, we hope to develop support, awareness, insight and coping strategies. There is no pressure for anyone to talk or share if they do not want to.

You are free to attend as often as you would like. There is no commitment to attend regularly. Registration is not required. There is no cost to attend the support group.
