HMR - Phase 1 Diet Options

Decision-Free® Diet (500-800 calorie diet) promotes rapid and significant weight loss under close medical supervision through exclusive use of nutritionally complete HMR shakes and entrees. Includes weekly classes, individual support, and accountability. Average weight loss: 43-66 lbs. at 12-26 weeks

Healthy Solutions® Diet (1200 calorie diet) provides quick, healthy weight loss using HMR shakes, entrees, and fruits and vegetables each day. Medical supervision is provided as needed. Includes weekly classes, individual support, and accountability. Average weight loss: 28-37.5 lbs at 12-26 weeks

Healthy Shakes Diet (1200-1600 calorie diet) is a healthy, flexible, and convenient way to lose weight using HMR shakes, fruits and vegetables, and one healthy meal of your choice. In-clinic wegith loss data is not available from corporate HMR at this time due to Healthy Shakes being offered as an at-home only option.

HMR At-Home Diet Options

Healthy Solutions® or Healthy Shakes® can be followed at home, with the support of educational materials that include a Quick Start Guide, a recipe book, and tracking sheets. Includes free shipping of meals and automatic delivery. Phone support is available for the Healthy Solutions® At Home option through HMR Weight Management Services.  Weight loss: 23 lbs median weight loss over the first 12 weeks with phone support, 13 lbs mean weight loss over the first 12 weeks without phone support.
